Parent Portal Setup Guide

As a registered family, you have access to the Titans Hoops Academy Parent Portal — your central hub for everything related to your child's basketball journey.

Follow the steps below to get set up in just a few minutes.

Getting Started — 3 Simple Steps

Check Your Email

You'll receive an invitation email from the academy. Click the link inside to activate your account.

💡 Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from the Base44 platform on behalf of the academy.

Create Your Password

Clicking the invite link takes you to the app where you'll set up your login password.

Your login email is the one the academy has on file for you. The app URL is: https://titanshoopsacademy.com.au

Log In & Visit Your Parent Portal

Once logged in, tap "Parent Portal" in the navigation menu to access everything about your child.

Bookmark the app on your phone for quick access — it works great on mobile!

Check session days, times, and venue details.
